Team dynamics are the unconscious, psychological forces that influence the direction of a teamâs behaviour and performance. Team dynamics are created by the nature of the teamâs work, the personalities within the team, their working relationships with other people, and the environment in which the team works.
There are many ways which affects team dynamics:
- Weak Leadership: When a team doesnât have a strong leader all the people in the team feels as if they are leader and leads them to dominate each other with results in fall of productivity of team
- Blocking behaviour: Donât be so harsh with the team members, Allow them to explore their best and make them interactive with their ideas. Prevent them from being lazy, bored etc., Which are not entertained by team members.
- Donât allow team members to take things silly which may affect team dynamics
- Some other reasons for poor dynamics are lack of communication among team members, some other personal issues which may reduce focus on work. So, first take some time to solve all the issues among team members which gives good productivity.
