Now-a-days temperatures are increasing rapidly. This might be due to several reasons like Global Warming or Pollution. But the main thing is to protect ourselves from Pollution and UV Rays. Since, UV Rays cause a lot of damage to our skin and body.

So here are some of the precautions to be taken to protect yourself from the Sun!! 🌞

Summer is the time to invest in a good vitamin C based face serum.

  • It’s essential to apply sunscreen daily to reduce your risk of skin cancer, no matter the weather.
  • So, Look for sunscreen that’s broad spectrum SPF 30+ and reapply every 2 hours.

  • Keep your summer moisturiser lightweight with SPF and Go lighter on the makeup.
  • Between your workout and running time, or while juggling your home and work routine, drinking water is a must.
  • Exfoliating more than once or twice per week can cause your skin to get tight and cracked. Never exfoliate sunburned skin.
  • Wash your face — but not constantly, to avoid drying out the skin. Use blotting papers throughout the day to remove sweat.
  • Do NOT forget to wear your sunglasses and carry an umbrella or wide-brimmed hat while stepping out in the sun.

As far as possible, wear clothes that cover your skin and keep it from tan or sunburn.

Finally, take all the necessary precautions to protect from the damage caused form the UV rays.
